What is Online Fitness Coaching?
Online Fitness Coaching is a new method of personal training where the client and trainer use new communication channels to develop, maintain, and progress through a personalized fitness regime.
Using our software and app program on your phone you are given customized workouts scheduled throughout the week. Each day you are given an email and notification to your phone of your workout. The workout will be listed along with a video of how to perform each exercise including the weight, reps, and sets. You have access to your calendar to view the workouts beforehand along with complete access to me as your coach through the process.
This is best suited for those who live in a remote location, travel consistently, or are simply unable to meet one-on-one.
