We provide a systematic program based on your specific needs to achieve your personal fitness goals. Everyone’s body and goals are different so every training program is custom built to provide the safest and most efficient step by step process to reach individual peak performance.
Performance Training Truckee’s one on one personal training provides the most comprehensive and professional accountability to make sure you stay on track with your personal program. You will have a written out day to day, week to week, and month to month step by step program of Strength, Cardio and Nutrition directly on your phone complete with exercise video’s, cardio intervals, and nutritional habits to focus on each day. Additionally you receive notifications to your phone to keep you on track with your program and in touch with your Trainer so information is shared easily and accountability is maximized.
Each Training Packages Includes:
1) A fitness assessment for only $25 (regularly $80)
2) A personal account on our software/app program with a complete month program
3) Emailed, personalized, written routine of each session serviced
4) A custom step by step calendar of resistance and cardio training direct to your phone
5) Notifications of exactly what to do each day
6) Personalized nutritional recommendations and accountability
