Turkey Lettuce Wraps
4 Romain Lettuce Leaves
1/4-1/2 pound Boars Head Peppered Sliced Turkey
2 Slices Pepper Jack Cheese
Mustard or Sriracha
Place turkey, cheese and avocado on top of two lettuce leaves, put in tupperware, pack to go and enjoy!
Turkey Veggie Rice Bowl
1 Cup Brown Rice
2 Cups Ground Turkey
2 Cups Chopped Broccoli & Cauliflower
Top With Sriracha
Pre Cook Brown rice (2 cups water to 1 cup rice), Ground Turkey, and Steam or Pan Roast Full pan of Broccoli and Cauliflower. Add to tupperware to go.
Gluten Free Turkey Sandwich
2 Slices Udi’s Gluten Free Bread (toasted)
1/2lb Sliced Boars Head Pepper Turkey
1 Slice of Pepper Jack Cheese
Lettuce, Tomato & Mustard
Stack ingredients on bread and wrap in foil to go
2 Cups Broccoli
1 Chicken Breast
Chop up into a tupperware container shake and enjoy
1 cup spinach
1 sliced chicken breast
1 sliced avacado
2 corn torillas
Stack Spinach, avacado, and chicken in a corn torilla, wrap and roll (makes 2)
